Dunbars
The Dunbar's number was created by an anthropologist called Richard Dunbar, he discovered that the primates have a certain number for their groups, and the size of the primates groups have a relation with size primate's neocortex, in other words, Dunbar suggests that larger neocortex make stable communities.
Dunbar's research reveals that the number for stable human communities is 150 (an average between 100 and 200), a good example is the size of the tribes. The research of the anthropologist, reveals another important fact, humans can only have a strong relationship with 15 people, and just five people can be a family relation. (Van Dik, 2016)
In the business, it's possible to use the same logical, the employers are looking for small groups to work, like 15 people, but sometimes the students send more than 200 resumes and this is not good strategy, for the student increase his performance, he should focus in small group and try to personalize the resumes instead send the same resume for a massive number of people, the student needs to think in the expectation of the employers.
