The S.M.A.R.T. goal is a tool that can be used in companies also in personal development, this is an acronym that was created in 1981 by George T. Doran. The S.M.A.R.T is an initial letter of Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-Bound, this is the features of the goals to create a personal project example. Specific means that you need to specify your goals in a very clear way, your goal needs to be tangible. (Mulder, P. 2018) The second letter Measurable is about created quantitative goals, which means your goals need to be measured in numbers, you need to create KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for your goals, it is a way to become easy to measure your development and how much lack for achieving your goals. The Dunbar's number was created by an anthropologist called Richard Dunbar, he discovered that the primates have a certain number for their groups, and the size of the primates groups have a relation with size primate's neocortex, in other words, Dunbar suggests that larger neocortex make stable communities. Dunbar's research reveals that the number for stable human communities is 150 (an average between 100 and 200), a good example is the size of the tribes. The research of the anthropologist, reveals another important fact, humans can only have a strong relationship with 15 people, and just five people can be a family relation.
